FAQ
What is the process after booking?
I have a 7 step process that client should expect to follow in exact order.
FIRST: Payment of full amount must be made anytime before the appointment day via Zelle/Venmo/ or Paypal.
SECOND: Meet at discussed location.
THIRD: Start the fun!
FORTH: Once session is over, you should anticipate pictures to be ready within one week.
FIFTH: Clients able to choose through the pictures they want edited. I will send a gallery of all the raw photos to your email for you to go through and choose your favorite photos. Client cannot download the original photos until after the new gallery with my professional edits has been uploaded.
SIXTH: A new link will be sent to your email for you access and download your final edits.
SEVENTH: Last but not least, have pictures to cherish for life!
What if I am late?
It is imperative that client is on time for their sessions. There will be times that Nin Photography will be booking back to back appointments and cannot run time in with next client. If client is 20 minutes late for their session and Nin Photography has another session booked after yours, expect to have your photo session cancelled with partial refund. However, client is late for their session and Nin Photography does not have another session booked after yours; expect to be charged $1 every minute client is late.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Unfortunately, Nin Portraits does not provide hair and makeup and does not currently partner with a makeup artist. There is no particular guidelines for hair and makeup, customer is allowed to freely choose color coordination etc.
What should I wear?
Client has full control of what they want to wear to their photo session and also bring any props they desire. Please talk to Nin Portraits on any ideas you want to implement in the session. If customer requests for Nin Portraits to create ideas for the photo session, then Nin Portraits will provide guidance on what to wear, bring, and makeup coloration etc. but this should be discussed at the time of booking.
Do you offer prints?
A copy of the print release will be sent to you via email. This will allow client to print as they please in any local retailer such as Walmart, Walgreens, and Shutterfly etc. All prints and/or products by Nin Portraits is only available upon request with an additional fee. Nin Portraits does, of course guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect. Client is to make their selection carefully before ordering. Prints and products can arrive 1-2 weeks after order has been processed. It is non-refundable should client decides to cancel.
